The most important day in the education calendar is just around the corner with students in Northern Ireland set to receive their A-Level results on Thursday August 15.
Thousands of anxious and excited young people will be gathering at schools and colleges to collect their exam results from 8am.
Students will be able to collect their results from their college, or they can arrange to receive them by email or post.
Ucas will also receive results directly and each student’s Ucas Hub will be automatically updated from 8.15am on Thursday. Students can log in to find out if they have been accepted to their chosen university from there.
But with thousands of students across the UK eager to check their results on Thursday, the system will be busy and there may be delays.
For most, a place at their first-choice university is likely but for others, their grades might not quite meet expectations.
