Woman left shaken after shots fired at house in Ardoyne

Police have appealed for any witnesses or those with doorbell footage to come forward

A woman has been left shaken, but uninjured, after shots were fired at a property in north Belfast.

A bullet hole was visible from glass on the front door and windows at the front of the terraced property in the Etna Drive area of Ardoyne.

It had been boarded up by Thursday morning.

Police are investigating the incident, which was reported around 10.10pm on Wednesday.

A PSNI spokesman said: “We are appealing to anyone who was in the Etna Drive area on Thursday evening between 9.30pm and 10.15pm, and who noticed anything suspicious, or who may have dash-cam or mobile footage that could help with our investigation to get in touch.”
