According to NBC DFW, the man – Angel Zamora Moreno, of Plano, Texas – was arrested by police after a group of ‘Good Samaritans’ managed to tackle him and restrain him until the police arrived.

Mr Moreno allegedly hit a Texas Department of Transportation worker who stopped and ran to help, according to CBS Texas.
Videos also show the suspect driving after a woman wearing scrubs and eventually running her over.
One eyewitness told NBC DFW: “”This guy jacking a car, hurting a nurse, stabbing somebody, bashing someone else’s windshield, I think the level that he had taken it to and the amount that he did in his wave of anger or whatever he may have been on, I think that makes the severity level a little bit worse.”
Following the incident, all three individuals were taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries.
Mr Moreno was also taken to hospital before later being moved to jail, according to authorities.
He has been charged with seven counts of aggravated assault, two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, and one count of criminal mischief.
