SINN Fein has suspended two people, including former North Antrim assembly member Daithi McKay, after it emerged there was a back channel between the party and loyalist Jamie Bryson.
Mr Bryson gave evidence to the Stormont Finance Committee about the Nama property deal when Mr McKay was chair of the committee.
The Irish News revealed that Mr Bryson had communicated with Mr McKay and Sinn Fein party member Thomas O'Hara ahead of his appearance before the committee.
