BALLYMARTIN: With the club’s centenary year approaching, there is a dedicated team of members who have come together with the aim of gathering as much memorabilia as possible, be it footage, pictures, newspaper cuttings etc. The aim is to have these items on display for all to enjoy. Some items will hold huge sentimental value so the utmost care will be taken; scans/copies can be used instead of original photos, for example. Please contact cultural officer Sinéad O'Hare, any of her team or any of the committee.

AN CHLOCH FHADA: Annual membership registration is now due. There are two opportunities to register: This Sunday, 12pm-2pm and Friday, January 17, 6.30pm-8.30pm. All players and coaches, from child membership through adult membership must be registered before they can participate in training/games. Purchase of a Club Down ticket covers annual membership. Tickets cost £120 with 12 monthly draws.

DUNLOY: CLG Aontroim Thuaidh presents ‘The History of the Civil Rights Movement in the North of lreland: From the Unionist State to the Troubles’ by Dr Éamon Phoenix in Dunloy Parish Centre, 17 Bridge Road, Dunloy on Saturday, January 18 at 8pm. Tickets are £5 and are on sale from all north Antrim GAA clubs.

PEARSE’S, BELFAST: The club AGM is this Sunday at 3pm in Cumann Cultúrtha Mhic Reachtain, Antrim Road. All previous members are welcome at the meeting.

A senior football team manager is also required for the upcoming season.

DOIRE LOCHAIN CAOIMHÍN DE BARRA: There will be a meeting in the committee room tonight at 7.30pm regarding youth management and coaching for the year ahead. Anyone who is interested in getting involved in a youth team in anyway, please come along. A meeting for ticket sellers for the club development fundraiser will be held on Friday, January 24 in the Washingbay Centre at 7.30pm.
