NEWRY City manager Darren Mullan says they won't be seeking a moral victory when he takes his team to the Oval for their Samuel Gelston's Whiskey Irish Cup quarter-final clash with Glentoran.
The Premiership leaders eased into the last eight with a 4-0 win over Queen's at the Dub on Saturday.
Michael O'Connor opened the scoring on 16 minutes before a brace from Robbie McDaid gave them a commanding 3-0 lead. Shay McCartan added a fourth with stunning free kick in the second half.
The performance was in stark contrast to their laboured 3-2 win over Dergview in the previous round.
However, Mullen, whose Newry side were 1-0 winners over Ards on Friday night, believes they can pose problems for the league leaders.
"It's probably the toughest draw left and the one that nobody wanted but it's a good challenge for us," he said.
"We knew when we drew Warrenpoint [in the first round] it would be a good gauge of where we were at in terms of Premiership opposition.
"Now we're going to go in against what I think it's probably the best squad in the Premiership at the minute so we'll go on and enjoy it.
"We'll not be going to park the bus and get some sort of moral victory. Anything can happen in the cup.
"We'll do our homework before then and we have players that can hurt Glentoran if we set ourselves up right.
"The reality of it is it's going to be very difficult.
"You'd imagine they'd have the lion's share of possession, so it's up to us to take any chances that we do create."
Daniel Hughes got the only goal of the game for 10-man Newry, who battled back from a first half red card for Thomas Lockhart against Ards on Friday night.
After seeing off neighbours Warrenpoint in the first round, Mullen knows that the greater resources of Glentoran make them an entirely different proposition for the Championship leaders.
"It's going to be a massive challenge for us. You see how difficult it is for Warrenpoint in the Premiership and there is even a bigger gulf from when we were in the Premiership a few years ago with the money that's in it now," he said.
"Glentoran are practically full-time at the minute, we have lads who are coming off a building site and training two nights a week. So it's a massive gulf in the finances and the situation at the club, but it's 90 minutes and anything can happen."
Elsewhere in the Irish Cup on Saturday, Cliftonville left it late before seeing off Carrick Rangers, Ronan Doherty's 81st minute strike setting up a quarter-final meeting with Coleraine.
The Bannsiders saw off Portadown with second half goals from Lyndon Kane and Josh Carson.
Ballinamallard made life tough for Crusaders before the north Belfast side finally made a breakthrough seven minutes into the second half at Ferney Park.
Philip Lowry was on hand to turn a header from Ben Kennedy into the home net for the only goal of the game.
Dungannon Swifts are also into the last eight after a 4-1 win over Annagh United.
Cathar Friel and Ben Gallagher both netted twice for the Tyrone side with Aidan Carroll on target for Annagh.
Ballymena's tie with Portstewart was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
In the Danske Bank Premiership on Saturday, Glenavon drew 2-2 with Warrenpoint Town after being 2-0 down against the league's bottom side. Two goals from Wade Slater looked like giving the Point only their third league win of the season, but goals from Matthew Snoddy and Josh Doyle earned Gary Hamilton's men a point.
