Deepone can maintain his unbeaten record in the listed Churchill Stakes at Tipperary on Friday evening.

The Paddy Twomey-trained colt is on a hat-trick, having won his first couple of starts and this looks like a nice opportunity for him to strike at stakes level now.

He made a good impression when scoring on his debut at Leopardstown in May and followed up last month when taking a winners’ event in Killarney with the minimum of fuss, at a very short price.

The son of Study Of Man looks another exciting prospect for Twomey and this wouldn’t appear to be the hottest of listed races now.

Warnie is one of two with an official mark and he was given 92 after his cosy success at Bellewstown last month.

That form has been given a boost since, with the runner-up Captain Maverick scoring at Galway, and Joseph O’Brien’s charge looks like the potential danger in the field.

Aidan O’Brien runs two and jockey bookings would suggest that Brilliant is their main hope with Seamie Heffernan on board.

The Gleneagles filly won her maiden at Leopardstown just over two weeks and is progressive but this looks a significant jump in class now.

Killarney maiden winner Bremen, trained by Donnacha O’Brien, is another that has to be considered but Deepone looks like a real stakes performer in the making and can prove a class act.

Andromeda is an obvious one in the preceding fillies’ maiden for Ballydoyle.

The daughter of Galileo kept on nicely when chasing home stablemate Opera Singer at Leopardstown just over three weeks ago and should step forward.

She holds an entry in the Group One Moyglare Stud Stakes and this looks like a nice stepping stone before moving into better company.

The five-furlong conditions event looks like a tricky little contest and Harmony Rose may prove the pick at the weights.

Ken Condon’s charge has run well on her last couple of outings and the fact that she doesn’t have to carry any penalties in this race looks a big plus for her.

She is now 8lb better off with Lady Tilbury having lost out by half-a-length to that rival on their penultimate run.

The Hot Streak filly has since been a solid enough fourth on the all-weather and seems very versatile ground-wise.

She won with plenty of cut in the ground when scoring at Cork a couple of years ago.
