BANGOR are on a revenge mission when Annagh United travel to Clandeboye Park on Saturday in the only all-Playr-Fit Championship clash in the battle for a glamour Clearer Water Irish Cup quarter-final spot.

Ciaran McGurgan’s side beat Bangor 4-3 in a thriller at the BMG Arena on December 30 – the buoyant Seasiders are currently six points clear of Limavady at the top in the race for a spot in the top flight with Annagh two points further back in third.

Bangor boss Lee Feeney said: “The Annagh 4-3 game was a one-off. We are still trying to come to terms with it. We’ll learn from it – it won’t happen again. A few things went wrong for us.”

Championship sides wrought havoc in the previous round of the Irish Cup, with Limavady United ditching Sports Direct Premiership champions Larne at the Showgrounds, Annagh decking neighbours Portadown and Ards getting the better of Ballymena United.

Clearer Water Irish Cup sixth round (Saturday, 3pm): Dollingstown v Loughgall; Dungannon Swifts v Coleraine; Bangor v Annagh United; Ballinamallard United v Carrick Rangers; Moyola Park v Ards; Cliftonville v Glenavon; Crusaders v Limavady United
