ARMAGH City will be looking to hang on to the coat-tails of the Playr-Fit Championship promotion play-off hopefuls by beating basement side Newington at Inver Park on Friday night (8pm).
A win would keep Shea Campbell’s side on the fringes of the hunt for second place, while victory for the north Belfast men – who share Inver Park with top-flight champions Larne – would mean the Swans are only a point adrift of Newry City, relegated from the Sports Direct Premiership at the end of last season.
In Saturday’s action (3pm unless stated), Bangor – seven points clear at the top – host Ballinamallard, second placed Limavady welcome the Welders, Institute go to Newry City, Annagh face Ards at the BMG Arena and, in the only 2pm match, Dundela take on Stephen Small’s Ballyclare Comrades at Wilgar Park.
