Real Madrid failed to build on their LaLiga advantage after Jude Bellingham was sent off during a 1-1 draw at Osasuna.
Madrid looked on course for three points when Kylian Mbappe put them in front after 15 minutes, but frustration started to boil over following several unsuccessful penalty appeals.
Referee Jose Luis Munuera Montero added to the visitors’ grievance when Bellingham received the second red card of his Los Blancos career in the 39th minute for dissent.

Osasuna levelled with 58 minutes played when Eduardo Camavinga caught Ante Budimir inside the penalty area and the forward fired home the spot-kick to ensure the spoils were shared.
Atletico Madrid passed up the chance to move to the top of the table after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Celta Vigo.
The task was made significantly harder for Diego Simeone’s side after only seven minutes at the Metropolitano when midfielder Pablo Barrios was sent off.
It took Celta Vigo until midway through the second half to take advantage when veteran striker Iago Aspas converted from the penalty spot after Robin Le Normand had fouled Borja Iglesias.
That left Atletico facing just a third league defeat of the season, before substitute Alexander Sorloth got on the end of Jose Maria Gimenez’s ball to volley the equaliser and set up a tense finish.

Elsewhere, Leganes and Alaves played out a thrilling 3-3 draw to leave the relegation-threatened sides separated by four places but only two points, while fifth-placed Villarreal drew 1-1 with struggling Valencia.
Bayern Munich maintained their eight-point advantage at the top of the Bundesliga after a 0-0 draw against title rivals Bayer Leverkusen at the BayArena.
Defending champions Leverkusen, in second place, were hoping to close the gap and although they extended their unbeaten league run to 20 matches, the visitors will be happier with a point.
Leverkusen wing-back Jeremie Frimpong’s header hit the crossbar in the first half before Nathan Tella latched on to Piero Hincapie’s cross, only to steer his effort onto the woodwork, while Bayern rarely threatened to break the deadlock.
Full-time in Leverkusen. ⚖️ We take a point back to Munich and maintain our eight-point lead at the top of the table.

Borussia Dortmund’s poor season showed no sign of improving as they fell to a 2-0 defeat at Bochum, who moved off the bottom of the table with just their third win of the campaign.
A quick-fire brace from winger Georgios Masouras in the first half sealed Dortmund’s ninth loss of the season to leave them 11th.
Freiburg kept up their Champions League challenge with a 1-0 win away at St. Pauli, Wolfsburg beat Stuttgart 2-1 and Borussia Monchengladbach won by the same score away to Union Berlin.

Napoli stayed top of Serie A but dropped points in a 2-2 draw at Lazio, forward Boulaye Dia equalising in the 87th minute to make it three games without a win for Antonio Conte’s side.
Gustav Isaksen handed Lazio a sixth-minute lead before goals from Giacomo Raspadori and an own-goal by Adam Marusic looked to have sent Napoli four points clear of Inter Milan, before late drama in Rome.
AC Milan beat Verona 1-0 with a late Santiago Gimenez goal while Atalanta lost ground in the tile race with a 0-0 draw against Cagliari.
