NEWRY'S Black Santa will this week begin his annual sit-out in aid of the Southern Area Hospice.

AS Newry's 'Black Santa' prepares to begin his 30th sit-out for charity ahead of his 80th birthday, he is asking people to "keep those figures in mind" when donating.

AS CHRISTMAS lights shine across our towns and villages bringing the message of hope and joy, the Christmas Tree at Newry's Southern Area Hospice holds an extra special place in the heart of those who have lost loved ones to terminal illnesses.
